Ways & Means:
– HACCP methods.
– IFS & BRC certifications at the highest level since 2005.
– Process of permanent improvement of all employees thanks to a modern management system.
– Total traceability at every step of the process (from suppliers to customers).
– Respect of the environment.
– A group quality service and quality managers for each plant.

– As of June 2018, La Boulangère has committed to using egg products exclusively from cage-free farms (barn eggs) for La Boulangère export products.

Research & Development Policy

Our missions:
– Science and technology watch.
– To advise and suggest product improvements to our customers.
– To create new concepts of products.
Ways & Means:
– Follow-up of the product from conception to industrialization.
– The R&D department gets technical support on each production site and carries out more than 60 trials each month.
